A 60 yr old post hysterectomy patient presented with abdominal distension.
CECT showed right ovarian cystadenoma.
CA 125 and CEA levels were normal.
During surgery it was noted as left ovarian cystadenoma with torsion. Removed enmass and paraumbilical hernia repair done.
