Unruptured tubal ectopic pregnancy - Diagnostic dilemma

A 30 yr old woman presented with pain abdomen. She was P3L3 and was on the 6th day of periods with hemoglobin 12.3g/dl.

USG outside given as moderate free fluid in abdomen with uterus and ovaries normal.

CT advised, which showed unruptured tubal ectopic pregnancy with minimal free fluid in abdomen.
