Nowadays the number of people wanting tubal recanalization are increasing.
Tubal recanalization is a micro surgical procedure done to joint the previous tubectomized fallopian tubes.
The actual success rate tubal recanalization varies from around 40% to 90%.

Because shorter tube length may lead to early expulsion of embryo before reaching the blastocyst stage, that is required for implantation.
And also embryo can expel before the endometrium gets primed to receive it.
-Usually success rate of pregnancy is more in 3 to 6 months after recanalization.
With delay again fibrosis of the tubes etc complications can occur.
-Other factors like ovarian reserve of the woman, uterine factors, seminal parameters of the husband etc also influence the possibility of pregnancy.
