Peeling off cyst wall
A 15 yr old girl presented with pain abdomen, USG report was a torsion ovarian cyst.
On laparoscopy, that was cyst below Fallopian tube, with tube stretched over it. So, cyst wall peeling done, Ovaries and Fallopian tubes retained.
