Recurrent ectopic pregnancy

 A 25 yr old woman presented with six weeks of amenorrhea. Diagonsed as left ectopic pregnancy. She had a first pretem delivery with an IUD. Second was an ectopic pregnancy in the right fallopian tube.

Now recurrent ectopic in left tube. Two doses of inj Methotrexate were given in an outside hospital, as the levels of beta HCG was increasing, referred for surgery.




Milking of the tube and salpingostomy done and tube retained. She had dense adhesions between omentum, bladder and bowel.
