A 32 years old woman G4, P3, L3 with around 21/2 months of amenorrhea, referred from outside after attempting medical termination of pregnancy.
Ultrasound ordered which showed 10 weeks live ovarian ectopic pregnancy with mild to moderate hemoperitoneum.
Laparotomy done, gestational sac along with fetus removed.
