Posthysterectomy ovarian cyst with adhesions

A 38 yrs old lady who underwent hysterotomy in a town around 10 yrs back due to abnormal uterine bleeding, prented with ovarian cyst.
While doing laparoscopy, there was plenty of adhesions. Due to which total removal of cyst was not possible. So, fluid drained from the cyst, part of cyst wall removed and drain kept.
