Uterus attached to anterior abdominal wall with no history of previous surgeries

 A 28 yrs old female patient presented with pain abdomen. 

She is having history of primary infertility with marital life of 10 yrs.

Ultrasound shown ovarian cyst.

Planned for laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. During surgery, cause for primary infertility noted, which was uterus completely adherent to anterior abdominal wall.
